Duties and Responsibilities
President and Project Executive
As company founder and President, Richie is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall operations, training and business execution. This includes oversight of company management, financial reporting, accounting, business development and personnel matters.
As the Project Executive, he will assemble the RT construction team for the project, follow up on the overall performance of the team, assist in the selection of primary critical path subcontractors, evaluate project schedule, financial results, and provide any guidance or tasks requested. He is also ultimately responsible for overall quality control, progress reports, customer contracts and general administrative management.
